Numerology and gematria are doctrines based on the notion that like colors that are light vibrating at different frequencies, numbers and letters (shapes) are also energy vibrating to their own frequency. The number 666, the mark of the beast, which is associated with Satan and life-destroying forces and which comes from the Bible, is based on this notion.
Gematria has evolved from Hebrew and Greek languages, where each letter is also a number. The origin of the word Gematria is said to be the Greek word γεωμετρία, geōmetriā (geometry), but some scholars see the origin in the Greek word γραμματεια, grammateia, knowledge of writing. In any case, it is the language of form with Platonic Solids and Sacred Geometry as the clearest examples.
The ancient Greeks and all the philosophers of old tradition emphasized the importance of geometry and numbers. According to them, philosophically guided numerical studies lead the mind to the world of abstract order and toward the state of understanding, which the Greeks called ‘nous’ (νοῦς or νόος), divine understanding. This understanding was understood as a state of mind now referred to as intuition.
The Hebrew and Greek numbers (letters) have been used to develop the gematria of English language, the numerical values of the Latin alphabets. There are many ways to calculate the value of letters in numerology, but here I am focusing on the gematria that is nearest to the Christian tradition. In English gematria, each letter has a value of 6 multiplied by the number, the letter has in alphabetical order. Thus, the numeric value of the letter U for example is 6 * 21 = 126.
I do not know, how the formula has been created and why the multiplier of each letter is 6. Both in Hebrew and Greek languages the name Jesus has a numerical value of 888. If the multiplier were 12, which some see as more natural division of the universe, the numerical value of the name Jesus in English gematria would also be 888.
Number 8 is associated with abundance, prosperity, authority and infinity. The number 888 includes all one-digit even numbers 2,4,6 and 8. The Chinese people have almost an obsessive relationship to the number 8. Number 8 has two perfect circles on top of each other. The upper circle is our connection to the spiritual reality, where everything is perfect. The lower circle reminds us that we are spiritual beings having human experiences.
With a multiplier of 6, the name Jesus in English gematria is 444. Lucifer has also a numeric value of 444. Dynamo is 432. When it comes to sound frequencies, 432 Hz resonates directly with the universe.
Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit give both the value of 906. Number 9 resonates with eternity, compassion, generosity and empathy. Zero strengthens the vibration of the surrounding numbers, but it is also the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end, which signifies the divine creative power. It signifies oneness and wholeness at the same time. Number 6 resonates with peace and balance, as well as with the sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity. It is connected to parenthood, home and family. It inspires us to protect, teach, and nurture one another. Number 6 brings emotional depth, self-sacrifice, and empathy.
Interpretation of numbers can be searched on the Internet using the search words ‘master number’ or ‘angel number’. The interpretation of numbers is own kind of art, but most relevant is that numbers and letters are energy vibrating at different frequencies. When we think about Jesus, it creates certain kind of energy.
When Jesus urged people to pray in His name, I believe that He did not mean verbal expression, but the feeling of His presence that is electromagnetic energy. He encouraged us to become a part of Him, to embrace His state of mind, Christ consciousness, and the high vibrational frequency of love.
Jesus said that no one would come to the Father than through Him. That is through Christ Consciousness. People can deceive with their words and also pretend feelings. By doing so one can achieve short-term gains, but eventually it means that people are first and foremost deceiving themselves, because they can not deceive God. The coulisse will collapse sooner or later.
When I came to faith, my brother told me that many people use the Bible as their handbook, so that when they open it up somewhere, they get a verse that speaks to them just in that specific situation. I immediately tried this method myself. These are the first verses I read in the Bible after I came to faith:
And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”
